A FULL-TIME STORE MANAGER FOR ONLINE CARD SELLERS

Meet Your New Store Manager.
Works Day and Night. Knows Cards. Never Breaks Your Rules.

eBay gives you the settings. Drop Zone keeps thousands of them right — every price, offer rule and listing detail, card by card, priced only from sales of the exact parallel. You approve every move until you trust it.

No credit card. Your real store, your real listings.
You connect through eBay’s own sign-in — we never see your password.

Who approves what. Free trial and Store Advisor: you approve every move. Store Operator: you choose, area by area — leave an area on “Ask me” and you approve each move; switch on “Run my store” and set an area to Autopilot and it runs on its own inside your floor, every move logged and price changes undoable. New cards are listed only after you approve them.

The Floor Guarantee. Every card gets a price floor from the cost and margin you set. Drop Zone’s automation is built so it cannot list, reprice, or negotiate below it — and if our automation ever breaches your floor, we pay the difference. Conditions: Store Operator plans only, while your store is fully automated (no automation lever switched off, writes not paused). Not covered: bundles, auctions, Consignment & Clearance, or a card you released or overrode. Report a breach within 30 days.
The full conditions

Included on Store Operator plans running fully automated; the free trial and Advisor do not run automation, so neither carries it. Switch off an automation lever you had switched on — ad promotions or automatic offers — or pause writes, and the guarantee is off until you switch it back on: we indemnify what we run. It does not cover bundles, in any format — a lot is priced as a lot, so a per-card floor has no meaning against it — or Consignment & Clearance, where the floor is the one you agreed with your consignor.

Why “cannot” and “you can raise it” are both true. You can raise any card’s floor. The automation has no setting that lowers it. The only way a sale lands under your floor is a choice you make — running a card as an auction, releasing it from protection, or using an explicit override — and those are outside the guarantee. Read the full terms.

Optimized for sports cards; TCG-ready — Pokémon listed end to end, other games in progress.

Honest fit note. Sports cards and graded slabs are what Drop Zone is tuned for. Trading-card games work too — photo identification, sold-comp pricing and listing all run — but our identification is lighter on game-specific details (holo vs reverse, first edition, language), so more of those cards come to you for a quick review instead of listing on their own, and the sports-only extras (player heat, the weekly market newsletter) do not apply.

Every proposed move, the evidence behind it, and your call — on one screen. Open the sample board. Sample data, not a real seller’s account.

PROOF, FROM THE FOUNDER’S OWN STORE

Running on a real eBay store, every day.

Drop Zone has run tigerhawk-515 around the clock since June 2026. The last 30 days, as of September 27, 2026:

2,249live listings it manages
8,441changes made — prices, offer rules, titles, item details
3,695changes it refused because the evidence wasn’t there
150offers sent to buyers watching a card

Counted straight from the store’s action journal, where every change is logged with what it was before.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Then it’s working.

/intake · on your phoneSample data
Intake on a phone at the card table: drop card photos in and each card is identified. Sample data.
1

Drop your cards in

Connect eBay, or photograph new cards front and back. Each one is identified — player, set, parallel, serial — and the title and item details are filled in for you.

/reviewSample data
Review: each card with its title, suggested price, cost and every eBay item specific filled in, ready to approve. Sample data.
2

Check it, set your costs

Anything the engine isn’t sure of stops here with the doubt named. Enter what you paid and your margin; each card’s floor is worked out, and nothing sells under it.

/dashboardSample data
Your daily report: what the store did yesterday and today's proposed plays, each waiting for your approval. Sample data.
3

Approve, or let it run

Every morning: what happened, what’s proposed, and why. Tap to approve. When a part of the store has earned your trust, let it run on its own — and take it back in one click.

WHY NOT JUST EBAY

eBay hands you the controls. We keep them set.

A volume seller can’t reset offer rules and re-check comps on two thousand cards by hand. That upkeep is the job.

SAFETY & CONTROL

You stay the operator.

Ten rules are built into the engine, below every feature. Read all ten.

Your eBay standing comes first

It revises listings; it never mass-ends them. Ending is the one write that cannot be undone, so it is the one write we rate-limit: no more than 6 a day per store.

You approve by default

New accounts start in manual approval. Nothing lists, reprices or negotiates until you approve it — or, on a Store Operator plan, until you switch on “Run my store” and set that area to Autopilot. New cards are always listed only after you approve them, and every price change has an undo.

One switch stops everything

Pause is checked before every cycle. Your listings stay exactly as they are until you resume.

One card, every storefront

List once to eBay and your Shopify store — and from there Google & YouTube and Whatnot. A sale on one zeroes the others within about fifteen minutes, so the same card cannot sell twice. Show advice covers eBay Live and Whatnot. On eBay alone it is a complete setup.

Option A · Market insights

Store Advisor

$12 / month

For sellers who want AI market comps and price flags but prefer to approve every move manually.

  • Daily comp and pricing alerts
  • Player heat index and demand signals
  • Lowball offer warnings
  • You approve every move before it runs
  • No Floor Guarantee — it applies to breaches our automation causes, and on this plan nothing runs without your approval. Included on every Store Operator tier.
Option B · Full automation

Store Operator

Hands-free store operations on your live book, once you switch on “Run my store” and set an area to Autopilot: round-the-clock offer auto-accept at the price you set, relisting, listing refreshes, floor protection, live-show advisory for eBay Live and Whatnot, and two-way Shopify sync that reaches the channels you publish there. Autonomous posting of new cards to your eBay store is switched on per store during onboarding, after a supervised first batch.

  • Up to 150 listings$19/mo
  • Up to 500 listings Popular$39/mo
  • Up to 1,500 listings$69/mo
  • Up to 4,000 listings$149/mo
  • Up to 10,000 listings$299/mo

  • Every article of the constitution applies on every tier
  • Floor Guarantee — we pay breaches caused by our automation (Operator plans only)
Option C · For card shops

Consignment & Clearance

Included on the $149 and $299 Store Operator plans

Take cards on consignment, on a deadline. Track every consignor’s split and payout, and run a bounded clearance ladder that works your listings toward a date. No separate fee — it is part of the plan.

  • You keep physical possession
  • eBay pays you directly — we never touch sale proceeds
  • Consignor splits and automatic payout statements
  • Listings are revised, never ended — a run keeps their history
  • You set the floor your consignor agreed to
  • Every sale journaled and receipted

No Floor Guarantee on Consignment & Clearance. You set the floor from your own agreement with your consignor, and Drop Zone will not override it or hold up a sale to enforce a floor of ours — you have a contract to complete. The Floor Guarantee applies to ordinary automated selling on your own inventory.

The trial, plainly: 7 days, your real store, real fixes surfaced daily. Approve one and watch it run on eBay. During the trial nothing moves without your tap, and no card is required to start.

QUESTIONS

The ones that actually stop people.

Will this hurt my eBay account?

It is built not to. It revises listings rather than ending them — eBay’s own documentation says revising an item does not affect its performance score, while ending a listing and creating a new one starts that score at zero. Ending is the one write we rate-limit (no more than 6 a day per store). Every write goes through eBay’s own APIs, inside eBay’s published limits, and every change is logged with what it was before.

What if it prices something wrong?

Three things sit between a bad number and your store. Our automation cannot go below your floor — that is a hard limit in the pricing path, not a switch it can turn off. You can raise a card’s floor; nothing in the automation lowers it. It will not move a price without market evidence behind it; no comps means no change. And unless you have switched that kind of change to Autopilot, it waits for your approval with its reasoning attached.

If one still gets through, the change is journaled with the before-state and the exact steps to put it back, so undoing it is one button.

Can I undo what it did?

Price changes, yes — each one stores what the price was and how to put it back. Everything else is journaled with the same detail: what, when, why, and the state before it acted. You can see the full history of your store on the price-changes screen without asking anyone for it.

What happens to my store if I cancel?

Your listings are yours and they stay live on eBay exactly as they are. Cancelling stops the automation; it does not end, revise or withdraw anything. Your data can be exported or erased on request.

Is connecting my eBay account safe?

You connect through eBay’s own OAuth screen. We never see or store your eBay password, and you can revoke the connection from your eBay account at any time without touching Drop Zone.

The token grants only what the platform needs to read your listings and make the writes you approve. All of it is metered against eBay’s published limits and journaled.

Does it work while I sleep?

That is the point of it. An offer that clears the accept price on your listing closes itself the moment it arrives — eBay does that, so it needs nothing from us and nothing from you. Anything below it waits for a person rather than a canned reply. Listings get refreshed, comps get pulled and the next day’s board gets built overnight. It works inside your floors, your offer ranges and eBay’s published limits — and you wake up to a list of what happened and what is proposed, not a surprise.

What does the Floor Guarantee cover, and which plans have it?

It comes with the Store Operator plans, and only while your store is running fully automated. The free trial and Store Advisor do not run automation — you approve every move yourself — so neither carries the guarantee, and we say so rather than let you assume it.

Fully automated means every lever on. If you switch off any one of them — ad promotions or automatic offers — or you pause writes, the guarantee is off the table for your whole store until you switch it back on. We can indemnify a store we are running; we cannot indemnify one we are only partly running. The setting page tells you your live status rather than making you work it out.

Your floor is worked out per card from the cost and margin you enter, and you can raise any card’s floor yourself. Drop Zone’s automation cannot list, reprice, mark down or negotiate below it — auto-accept is never set below it, and on a listing already at or under its floor we set no Best-Offer thresholds at all, so nothing can auto-sell there and every offer reaches you. If a sale ever completes below your floor because of an action our automation took, we pay you the difference.

What it does not cover: breaches that follow from a setting you chose. You control real levers — running a card as an auction (where the market sets the price and the floor does not apply), releasing a card from protection, or using an explicit override. If your own choice puts a card under your floor, that is not a platform error and the guarantee does not apply. Every one of those choices says so at the moment you make it.

How a claim works: email us within 30 days with the listing. Every claim is investigated by hand against the action journal, and a valid one is refunded to your payment method. Full terms.

Give the store a manager.

Seven days on your real inventory, with every constraint already in force. If it does not earn the desk time back, close the tab — nothing on eBay changes.

No credit card. Manual approval by default. One switch pauses it all.
